  • I first met Nicodemus in 2003 at a real estate investors meeting, where we were introduced by a mutual friend. We previously had lots of trouble finding reliable contractors/handymen to handle renovations and repairs for our rental properties. The first job Nicodemus did for us was fixing a mess left by the previous contractor. I could tell right away that he was different and that we could count on him. We started using him exclusively after he bailed us out of that jam. Our trust level got to the point where I instructed our tenants to call him directly, knowing that he would handle the problems correctly the first time and cost effectively. Then he would simply send us the invoice, and I had confidence that he had done it with honesty and integrity. Our tenants appreciated his level of service, and we appreciated the fact that we did not have to deal with the hassle. Once he proved himself with the tenants, I also began having our Section 8 and city inspectors contact him directly as well. He would meet them at the property and do whatever repairs were required to make sure we passed right away. In the process he developed such a good reputation with the inspectors that we rarely had any issues. I can truly say that he has been an instrumental part of our team, and we could not have grown and maintained our properties without his help. Because of the quality of his work, we have also trusted him to do work on our own house. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for high-quality work at a fair price.
